The Equipping the Needy Initiative (ETNI) is taking a more comprehensive approach to empowerment by combining vocational training with essential life and professional development education.

Participants are not only gaining practical skills in computer studies, tailoring, and unisex salon services, but are also being equipped with critical knowledge in peacebuilding and conflict resolution (Pastor Gabriel Onovo), business and human rights law (Dorathy Zainab Jonah), customer relationship management (Pastor Bimbo Lanre), and the guiding principles of patience (Pastor Dan E. Dan).
This integrated model highlights ETNI’s mission to raise individuals who are both skilled and well-prepared to navigate personal, professional, and societal challenges.
