Through their comprehensive programs, they provide essential resources, education, and empowerment, enabling individuals to break free from the chains of poverty and discrimination. With a strong commitment to sustainable change and community engagement, Equipping The Needy Initiative is making a significant impact in the lives of those who need it the most.

About The CEO

Dr Benedict Aliku, hails from Nasarawa Eggon Local goverment area of Nasarawa State and was born to the family of Joseph Aliku in Television village, Kaduna South local government area of Kaduna State.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Dr. Benedict Aliku Started his Primary School education at LEA Primary School, Kakuri Kaduna state, where he obtained his Primary School Leaving Certificate in 1987. He proceeded to GSS Wamba and GSS Doma all in Nasarawa State to obtain his Senior School Certificate examination (SSCE) in 2000.

In Pursuit of his higher educations, Dr. Benedict Aliku attended the following institution and obtained the following Certificate and degrees:

  • NCE in social Studies and primary education Studies in the year 2006
  • Degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from National Open University Air force base Study Centre Kaduna State.
  • Bachelor of Arts degree from Agape Theological University Kaduna in 2008
  • Master of Art in Theological Arts from Agape Theological University Kaduna in 2010
  • PhD in Peace and Conflict Resolution from the American University, Benin Republic in 2021
  • A fellow (CRPC) Institute for Crisis Resolution, Peace building and Conciliation.
  • Executive course II of the foreign policy school, The Rotunda, Ministry of foreign Affairs, Abuja

Dr. Benedict Aliku is a core Missionary, a Charismatic Leader, an entrepreneur per excellent, a transformer, very humble, small in stature but mighty in mind and action.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Dr. Benedict Aliku, is the founder of the following organization:

a. Founder, Equipping the Needy Initiatives (ETNI) with the Head office in Kaduna State.

b. Founder, Paradise College of Health and Technology Uke, Nasarawa State.

c. Founder, Paradise Academy Uke, Nasarawa State.

d. Founder, Fountain of Hope Orphanage Uke, Nasarawa State

e. President, Cornerstone Apostolic Network, Nigeria.

f. Founder, Paradise Neighbourhood Watch Ltd (Vigilante Services) .

g. Founder, Paradise Academy Kutara.  A Free Primary school for the IDPs and vulnerable children in Kutara, Masaka, Karu Local Government Area, Nasarawa State.

h. Pioneering leader, Eagle Creek Vision Initiative; and spread transformation message all over Nigeria with Guiding Principles for Success.

i. Founder and CEO of BenAlik Electrical Installation.  An Electrical Technician for about 30 years.

j. Member of the Nigerian institute of international affairs.

Dr. Ben Aliku is a writer, and he has written about ten books to his credits. They include.
