The Cornerstone Apostolic Network Kaduna held its fellowship meeting on 8-8-202, with Minister Christiana Benedict Aliku delivering a powerful sermon on the theme “There is No Condemnation,” drawn from Romans 8:1-39.
Minister Aliku reminded the congregation that those who are in Christ Jesus are not condemned, emphasizing the need for believers to walk in the Spirit rather than in the flesh. She highlighted that through the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus, Christians are set free from the law of sin and death.
Speaking further, she urged believers to depend wholly on God, surrendering themselves to His will. According to her, the Spirit of God leads His children to repentance and holiness, making them distinct from unbelievers. “When the Spirit of God is with you, you cannot be yoked with the world,” she declared.
The minister cautioned against carnality, stressing that righteousness can only be fulfilled when believers allow the Holy Spirit to guide their daily lives. She noted that holiness makes a child of God untouchable by the devil. “When you fail, the devil will try to use your past to intimidate you, but you must stand firm and believe that God has set you free, she encouraged.
Using the example of Prophet Ezekiel in the valley of dry bones, Minister Aliku charged the faithful to speak God’s word into difficult situations with faith, declaring that the Spirit of God quickens mortal bodies and empowers believers to overcome challenges.
She concluded with a reminder that nothing can separate Christians from the love of Christ. “If God be for us, who can be against us?” she asked.the Minister
prays that God’s grace will enable His people to function and fulfill their divine purpose.
